How we safeguard quality
All dental treatments are performed by, or under the responsibility of, a BIG-registered dentist.
Continuing education: our dentists demonstrably keep their knowledge current (including via the KRT register).
In-house orthodontics laboratory with a 3Shape 3D scanner: full control over the quality and turnaround of braces and aligners.
For larger treatments (such as implants, orthodontics or Smile Design) you always receive a treatment plan with a cost estimate in advance.
We apply the national NZa maximum tariffs — transparent and identical for everyone.
Modern hygiene and sterilisation protocols according to dental-care guidelines.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance — by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. Later cancellations may be charged.

We do not apply a fixed warranty scheme with standard terms. If something unexpectedly goes wrong with a treatment, always contact us first: we assess every situation case by case and, within reason, look for a suitable solution together with you.
