How we work, in 5 steps

1 · Register online

Fill in the registration form through our secure Exquise environment. You receive a confirmation with your file number within 24 hours.

2 · Book your appointment

With your file number you can book an appointment online right away. Prefer personal contact? Call 030 320 3210 or send us a WhatsApp message.

3 · Welcome at the practice

Check in at the front desk. Bring: a valid ID, your health insurance card, a list of your medications (if applicable) and any referral letters or previous X-rays.

4 · The first examination (30–45 minutes)

We take X-rays and examine your teeth, gums and jaw. You tell us your wishes and any complaints — including anything you are dreading.

5 · Your personal treatment plan

You get a clear picture of the state of your teeth. If further treatment is needed, you receive a treatment plan with a cost estimate in advance, so you know exactly where you stand.

What does a first visit cost?

The cost of a first examination follows the national NZa maximum tariffs (intake consultation code C001; any X-rays under the X codes) — identical at every dentist in the Netherlands. We bill your health insurer directly.
