We process: name, address, date of birth, phone, email, BSN (citizen service number), insurance details, medical data (health declaration, treatment history, X-rays), and payment data.
Why do we process your data?
For: dental care, legal obligations (WGBO, BIG Act), insurance claims, appointment management, treatment communication, and quality improvement.
Retention
Medical records: 20 years after last treatment (WGBO). Financial data: 7 years (tax law). Other data: deleted when purpose is fulfilled.
