Practice Rules

To make your visit as pleasant as possible and to ensure the best possible care, please observe the following practice rules.

Appointments

Arrive on time for your appointment. If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the reserved treatment time.

Cancellation policy

Unable to keep your appointment? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone (030 320 3210), email (post@toplach.nl) or WhatsApp. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Please note that cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge.

Identification

Bring valid ID and insurance card to your first visit.

Payment — with dental insurance

If you have supplementary dental insurance, we bill your insurer directly. Any co-payments will be invoiced afterwards. If your dental coverage for the year has been used up and treatments are planned, we kindly ask you to settle the costs at reception. Payment by card or cash.

Payment — without dental insurance

If you do not have supplementary dental insurance, we ask you to pay the treatment costs directly at reception after your appointment, by card or cash. For larger treatments — such as crowns, implants or orthodontics — you will receive a treatment plan with cost estimate in advance so there are no surprises. We use nationally regulated NZa rates.

Waiting room

Please keep noise levels low and set your phone to silent.

Children

Children are welcome. Please do not leave children unattended in the waiting room.

Unacceptable behaviour

Aggressive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the treatment agreement.
