Dentist Agnieszka Pawlik (MSc Orthodontics) and dentist-gnathologist Mohamed Magdy offer fixed braces, removable braces and Straight 8 Aligners for children, teenagers and adults.

From traditional braces to invisible aligners — Top Lach offers the full spectrum of orthodontic treatments. What makes us unique is our own orthodontic laboratory where we design and produce treatment plans and aligners fully in-house with a 3Shape Trios 3D scanner and advanced 3D cutting technology.
Dentist Agnieszka Pawlik, specialized in orthodontics with an MSc, is your primary practitioner. She works closely with dentist-gnathologist Mohamed Magdy, who developed the Straight 8 Aligners. Together they assess your teeth and create a personal treatment plan.
Orthodontics is possible once all permanent teeth have come through (usually age 12-14). More and more adults also choose orthodontic treatment — with invisible aligners it fits perfectly into a busy life.

Usually from age 12-14 when all permanent teeth have emerged. For serious abnormalities, earlier treatment is possible.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
Light corrections: 4-8 months. Average: 8-18 months. Complex: up to 24 months.
What do braces cost at Top Lach?
Straight 8 Aligners from €1,800, fixed braces from €2,500. You receive a detailed treatment plan with costs in advance.
Are braces possible for adults?
Yes, more adults are choosing orthodontics. Straight 8 Aligners are nearly invisible.
