To make your visit as pleasant as possible, please observe the following house rules.

Appointments

Arrive on time. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A €25 fee may apply for missed appointments.

Bring valid ID and insurance card to your first visit.

Please keep noise levels low and set your phone to silent.

Children are welcome. Please do not leave children unattended in the waiting room.

Co-payments are due after treatment by card or bank transfer.
